Note of sorrow at the death of the president of Santander Portugal

The UFPB Agency for International Cooperation expresses its sorrow at the news of the death of the president of Banco Santander Portugal, António Vieira Monteiro, this Wednesday, 18. We have also come to offer our solidarity with the family and friends of António Vieira Monteiro, in addition to presenting our most sincere condolences. Banco Santander is a partner of UFPB and through it we have already sent dozens of students to attend an exchange period in Portugal.

In this difficult and delicate moment that we are dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, we wish you all strength, courage and unity for the whole world.
